FAQ

Questions people ask.

Short, honest answers. If yours isn't here, support is one email away.

Is Inchworm a to-do list?

No — that's the point. To-do lists are great once you've started; Inchworm is for the part before that, when you can't begin. It deliberately shows you one thing at a time.

Does it treat ADHD?

No. Inchworm is a productivity and wellness tool designed for ADHD brains — not a medical device, and it doesn't diagnose, treat, or cure ADHD or any condition. If you're struggling, please talk to a professional.

What's the accountability buddy?

One person you choose gets a warm ping the moment you start — like a text from a friend — and can cheer you on with a single tap. It's private by default: you pick how much to share, there are no counts, and there's nothing to "miss".

Do I need an account?

No. Inchworm works anonymously from the first launch — no name, email, or password required. You can create an account later if you want to sync or add a buddy.

Is my data private?

Yes. Your tasks are yours, and you can export or delete your data anytime from Settings. See our Privacy Policy for the full picture.

What does it cost?

Free to start — the full core loop is free, including unlimited manual starts and the timer. A Pro tier will add extras like unlimited breakdowns, body-double soundscapes, and voice input. We'll share pricing before launch.
